Description:
- Develop, support and promote company goals, include message development, social media content creation and media outreach
- Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among customers, stakeholders and regulators
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, investors and customer audiences that will help advance our work
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them
- Ensure digital marketing content aligns with our brand’s identity and message, and assist with marketing campaigns as needed
- Conceptualize, prepare and manage the execution of corporate-led events, as well as facilitate the company’s participation in external events.
- Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities
Qualifications:
- 28 – 32 years old
- Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Indonesian
- Bachelor/Master degree in PR and communication field
- Vast experience required in progressive PR, marketing communications or related field of minimum 5 years
- Have knowledge and experience in effective media and social media practices
- Have a understanding of conventional/traditional public relation media landscapes as well as digital platform
- Creative writing
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
