Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop new accounts and execute sales and work closely with existing customer to meet the sales target;
- Working well in a team and or independently in the assign areas to grow the business and drive initiatives;
- Ability to presenting the future and benefit of company's products and services;
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position and the process in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options;
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- Create proper database of new and existing customer;
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, customer's information and competitors to keep business competitiveness;
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, services, and guidance as required on field.
Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least Senior High School;
- At least 1-2 years working experience as sales in Industrial area;
- Driving license A and C;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Indonesia and English;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage;
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and emails;
- Currently not attending any academic institutions;
- Must be domiciled in batam.
