Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Senior/Art Director – FMCG (Beauty Brand)
Art Directors at Grey play a critical role in the conception and execution of famously effective ideas across channels. They constantly challenge the norms and produce outstanding creative work centred around the idea.
What you will be doing
- Conceptualise original work of a standout nature through strategic thinking and excellent art direction techniques
- Create ideas that solve clients business issues and ideas that are worthy of becoming famous and award worthy
- Develop and produce visual elements of creative concepts – this includes layout, storyboards, mock-us, presentation decks and any visual expressions of the idea
- Take active ownership of key internal relationships with Copywriters and Account Teams ensuring that multi touch point integrated campaigns are cohesively created and executed
- Understand client requirements through close collaboration with Account teams and takes ownership of the tone of voice and language style of the brands assigned to them
- Confidently present ideas and solutions to clients
- Contribute to thought leadership and inspire professional development within the team
- Ensure correct briefing of production companies, directors, developers and other external partners to ensure high quality outcomes as required
- Oversee the campaigns in the art direction aspects, integrating multiple touch points and communication channels across all development stages from production to completion
What you should have
- A portfolio of work that showcase outstanding art direction techniques in campaigns and projects of varying nature
- Be proficient in the latest software and editing programs. Additional skills in photography, film, and audio are recommended.
- Prior experience in international brands/ FMCG/ beauty products across multiple jurisdictions
- Strong experience of interconnected advertising campaigns integrating online and offline media
- Be at the forefront of digital trends and applications of technologies and techniques
- Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of English required to be able to work on international brands
