Deskripsi Pekerjaan
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure that service excellence is delivered to every hotel guest
- Provide the best check-in and check-out experience
- Monitor daily records of ADR occupancy, arrival and departure of guest
- Practice effective complaint handling, able to solve problem efficiently
- Able to do the front office administration matters well
- Have excellence communication skill
- Do other front office related duties as set out by Hotel Manager
REQUIREMENT :
- Candidat must possess at least S1 in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
- Minimal 2 years experience in similar responsibility.
- Max 35 years old
- Familiar with VHP system
- Possess "can do" attitude and has pleasant interpersonal skill
- Dynamic, energetic and has positive attitude
- Has goos leadership skill and strong team player
- Able to multi-task and able to work under pressure
- Good command of english
- Required skill(s) : customer service, administration, reservation, reception, front office, compalint handling
- Non- smoker is preferred
