Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Increase Food and Beverage Revenue Production
- Ensure all cash handling and cash register functions are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
- Supervise all restaurants activity, both service and kitchen operational
- Prepare schedule for crew and conduct daily briefing
- Develop crews to demonstrate all Standard Operational Procedure
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Handle customer’s feedback, including complaints and compliments
JOB QUALIFICATION :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's in Hospitality Management or others
- At least 2 Year(s) experience as Restaurant Managerial
- Required Skill(s): Computer (Ms. Office), Internet
- English and Indonesian language
- Good leadership & well groomed
- Good communication skill & customer service oriented
- Good knowledge of F&B operation management
