Deskripsi Pekerjaan
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Work with the Account Director to develop implementation plan details for the client
- Provide monthly competitor analysis
- Manage budget, timelines, and related deliverables
- Provide program status, update, and improvement initiatives (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide contact reports
- Manage AE and ensure accuracy of AE deliverables
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in the CRM or Loyalty Agency
- Fluent written and spoken language skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Able to analyze and relate statistical data to provide summary and insight
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
