Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:

• Contact dealer to confirm whether the car is ready to deliver on schedule ore not
• Confirmation to marketing, dealer, and admin on car delivery
• Physical checking on new car arrived in parking lot
• Assiting Procurement & Admin team in preparing related documents for assets

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Have working experience min. 5 years in automotive or rental related industry will be an advantages
• Ability to work under pressure and working as a team
• Fair knowledge on how to use Ms. Office (Ms. Work, Ms. Excel) and emails
• Self-motivated with pleasant personality
