Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and monitor the implementation of overall HCGA strategies and policies based on short term and long term strategy comply with current goverment regulation in order to achieve the optimum HCGA pereformance.
- Direct and control HC and GA functions.
- Establish and control manpower planning align with organizational development.
- Coordinate and monitor recruitment activities.
- Establish and develop performance management system.
- Control and manage office administration activities
- Establish and develop HCGA administration policy, procedure, and standard.
- Build good coordination between other department to achieve company goal.
Requirements :
- Minimal 3 years experience in managerial HCGA.
- Minimal bachelor degree.
- Proven track record.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Good intepersonal and leadership skill.
- Having broad knowledge about HC and GA.
- Able to work underpressure.
- Attention detail.
- ready for travel to Papua and Papua Barat
