Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Program, set and run Swiss Style Lathes and Auto Lathes. - CITIZEN M32, STAR SA-16, SR-20 and others
- Work over-time as and when required. (paid overtime)
- Continually improve on processes in the machine shop.
- Continually improve the working environment in the machine shop.
- Liaise with vendors to explore new tooling options.
- Ensure all programs are saved correctly.
- Provide on the job training to technicians.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s):
- Ability to program Swiss Style lathes,
- Ability to program auto lathes,
- Communication,
- Time management,
- Organisational skills,
- Good time keeping,
- Ability to use Solidworks/AutoCAD,
- Can program at the machine as well as offline,
- Ability to work as a team,
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Preference will be given to those already living on Batam.
