Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description
- Lead, administer, develop and carry out corporate communication strategies and programs
- Coordinating and attending board and committee meetings and preparing minutes of meeting
- To advise Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of the Company through their respective Chairman on all corporate governance matter
- Manage internal & external company information (news monitoring, bulletin, press release, website)
- Directing the activities related to the annual meeting of shareholders (RUPS)
- Manage key company's documents & reports (corporate policy, management report, annual report, corporate budget work plan).
Job Requirements
- Min. Bachelor Degree Legal/Business Studies/Administration/Management/Public Relation
- Experience in Corporate Secretary for 10 years
- Having managerial position at least 5 years
- Hard worker, strong leadership, initiative, attention to detail, and have high integrity
- Good command English and Bahasa, both oral & written
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
