Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description :
- Be responsible for the routine planning and management on one of admin services including catering, accommodation and vehicle
- To frequently communicate with the supplier and clarify our request
- To supervise the contract implementation of supplier and evaluate the performance based on current SLA and KPI
- To handle the application e-flow internally and get the authorized approval
- Be responsible for keeping contact with HQ to get the related guide on industry regulations or policy
- To collect feedbacks and coordinate with IT personnel for updating of IT platform and system maintenance
- To launch and manage the satisfaction survey from employees
- Be responsible for the result and quality of charged admin services and keep constant improvement
- To act as the administrator on one of types about admin services including catering, accommodation, vehicle or region admin
- Will report to ELM (Employee Logistics Services Manager) directly
Requirements :
- College Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Over 1 year related work experience
- Familiar with the admin affairs operation, at least one of the business including catering, accommodation and vehicle management
- Who have the related admin work experience in a big or famous international company preferred
- Skill to manage multi-task and follow up so well
- Rapid learning ability and quick response on handling the problems
- Clear mind and all-around sense, end-to-end strong execution to plan the business and some urgent projects
