Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist his superior to manage all functions of Engineering, Maintenance, Workshop, and Utility department to support plant operation.
- Ensure all machinery and equipment well performance operations, continuous supply of utilities, workshop service to the plants and proper maintenance of buildings or infrastructure so that the operations are not disrupted and without harmful environmental impacts.
- Depth knowledge in electrical and mechanical operation.
Job Qualification:
- Age around 28 to 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrument Engineer from reputable university.
- Having minimal 5 years proven experience in Engineering, 5 years as Senior Engineering or Assistant Manager in manufacture company (preferably from building material or consumer goods company).
- Mature, independent, teamwork oriented, having good leadership & interpersonal approach, also depth analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang.

Mulia Industrindo was established on November 5, 1986 and has been listed at the Jakarta Stock Exchange on January 17, 1994. The Company has two operating subsidiaries, namely Muliaglass Float, Muliaglass Container, Muliaglass safety and Muliakeramik Indahraya. Muliaglass produces float glass, glass container, glass block, and safety glass.
Our float glass products are exported to more than 50 countries. Glass block and safety glass products are also marketed overseas. On the contrary, glass container products are predominantly sold in the domestic market, catering to the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Muliakeramik Indahraya produces both floor and wall ceramic tile.
We have a total production capacity of approximately 160,000 square meters per day. With our economies of scale, we are one of the most efficient domestic tile players.
