Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description :
- Participating in the optimization, development and implementation of user policies
- Continuously acquiring new spenders
- Providing related services to maintaining spender relationships
- Enhancing spender service and prolonging the spending cycle
- Participating in the planning and implementation of our online and offline event also responsible for the results of all the processes
- Continuously optimizing the team's execution, event design, and rewards
- Managing and making full use of the existing in-App resources and functions, guiding more users to use the new function, and continuously collecting feedback from users to optimize it
- Responsible for ensuring to meet the monthly consumption and revenue targets, by designing and executing related operation policies and in-App events
- Optimize the effectiveness and cost of events by analyzing user data and event data
Requirements :
- Candidates must be fluently writing and communicating in Mandarin and English.
- Maximum 30 years old.
- Interest and understanding of online streaming and knowing online games is an advantages.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Fresh Graduate from reputable university are welcome.
- Having at least one (1) year of working experience in the related field is the advantage for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Entertainment/Performing Arts or equivalent.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office, specially Excel), with strong technical problem solving skills and the ability to learn new systems and enhancements to existing systems
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work as a team player yet be self-directed to work independently.
- Detail oriented, accurate, discreet, dependable, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Ability to maintain focus and concentration while performing highly detailed and sometimes repetitive activities.
- Experienced in creating contents for Publisher, Production House, online content creator, TV station, social media platform or digital marketing,
- Excellent communication skill
- Entertainment media experience preferred
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, internet, communication, negotiation, event planner
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Entertainment/Performing Arts or equivalent.
