Deskripsi Pekerjaan

BEKO is the international home appliances brand of the Arçelik Group in 145 countries and more than 30.000 employees in worldwide and as 3 of top brands in various countries. It is owned by Koç Holding, which as one of the largest companies in Europe.

Currently, we are looking for a Receptionist & Admin Officer  who will work for Jakarta Office (Thamrin) located in Indonesia. 

 

• Handling the reception function including answering phone, welcoming guests, delivering correspondence, take care of reception area, office maid’s daily work, meeting rooms booking, etc.
• Provide administrative support such as: effective controlling office equipment and fix assets, internal and external correspondence, accommodation, Visa, transportation – air ticket for staff/ Head quarter/ Regional Guests in business trip following company procedure
• Setting up/ manage vendors lists, hotel corporate list, etc.
• Ensure office supply be provided on time at reasonable cost, ensure effective administrative services
• Liaising with landlord for matters relate to office needed: car park registration, goods in/ out building, AC maintenance, etc.
• Manage documentation and administration tasks that are requested by management

 

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma III degree
• Having at least 3 years of relevant experience in a multinational company 
• Good in speaking and writing English & MS Office programs
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to take additional responsibilities, eager to learn.
