Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description :

• Responsible to do end to end recruitment process (sourcing – induction)
• Prepare and manage recruitment/HR related reports/paperworks/administration
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as : leaves, compensation & benefit, etc.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree from any field (preferably Psychology/HR Management)
• At least 3 years of working experience in Recruitment (preferably in Retail Business)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Strong interviewing skill and passionate to do all recruitment process
• Tactful and high initiative
• Computer literate and able to operate Ms. Office (good in excel is required)
• Target oriented
• Willing to learn and maintain discipline
• Able to work as team player as well as independently
