Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Contributing to achieving the target objectives set by the bank's management together with Branch Manager.
- Promoting banking products and services.
- Identifying sales lending opportunities, acquisition of the potential business from the customers by exploring the bank’s products and the benefits to customers
- Produce credit proposal on timely basis with accuracy, prudent control
- Achieve target set by the management in terms of business volume growth and revenue growth
- Discuss with Team Leader and Risk Management Unit in reviewing credit proposals
- Review the preparation of documentation prior to signing of credit agreement
- Monitoring and maintenance towards the credit
- In line with the bank policies/compliance/procedures and other regulatory requirement
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Banking.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills.
- Strong marketing skills.
- Knowledge and experience of Banking /Financial Services.
- Strong business development skills and proficiency in the financial services/products offered to SME companies.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
