Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking to hire a Sales & Marketing (Educational Consultant) whose duties will include promotion of our school's courses, primarily D1 and D3 levels. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for identifying new customers, supporting lead generation efforts, and creating promotions with our advertising managers. Ideally, you will have prior experience in the Education sector, with creating marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as some online marketing and social media experience and basic knowledfge. This position requires a pleasant personality and positive attitude. You must be comfortable communicating and interacting with teachers, students and parents on daily basis.
Report to: Director – Business Development
Scope of Work
- Recruitment of students for IHS educational programs (D1 and D3)
- Responsible for the day-to-day recruitment activities in order to reach targets
- Organization and assistance in any sales/recruitment related events (on/off-campus)
REQUIREMENTS
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Marketing experience in the Education industry is a plus
- Outstanding listening, writing and speaking skills
- At least 2 years of related marketing working experience is preferred
- English proficiency (speaking & writing) is a must as you would be reporting to a foreigner
- Ability to sell (hunter profile)
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Strong creative outlook
- Some experience with online marketing, including social media, and content marketing
- Understanding of public relations
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to change
- Professional appearance (strict grooming policy applies)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Directing, planning and coordinating marketing direction and strategy, directing efforts to target different parts of Jawa Tengah
- Organizing & presenting marketing materials to students/parents to promote the school
- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters...
- Visiting various high schools in Jawa Tengah to market and promote higher education
- Build strong relationships with all teachers and other related stakeholders to add business in the long-term
- Conducting seminars in schools or open seminars in cities across Jawa Tengah
- Providing consultancy services to parents and students
- Support organizing campus tours for interested students and parents
- Managing and facilitating student applications, ensuring successful enrolments
- Identifying new customers
- Converting data into successful enrolments
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Creating promotions with supporting sales teams
- Attending conferences, educational expos, and related major events
- Building brand awareness and positioning
- Evaluating and maintaining a marketing strategy
- Support development of the marketing campaign from start to finish
- Researching demand for our school's products and services
- Evaluating competitors
- Plan various marketing activities within assigned regions
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Working closely with our design team and assisting with creating a wide range of different marketing materials and new product launches
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
