Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Plan & Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication internal teams
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts, etc).
- Prepare & distribute presentations and press release
- Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
- Organizing and attending promotional PR events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
- Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties
- Track and analyze media coverage and follow industry trends
- Commissioning or undertaking relevant market research
- Liaising with clients, managerial and journalistic staff about budgets,timescales and objectives
- Building positive relationships with stakeholder, media and the public
- Prepare and submit PR reports
- Manage PR issues
Requirements :
- Proven experiences as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
- Strong and excellent communication ability (oral and written)
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and social media
- Background in researching, writing, and editting publications
- Initiative
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Awareness of different media agendas
- Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus
- Creativity and problem solving aptitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Bachelor degree in Public Relation, Marketing, Communication and any related field with GPA>3.00
