Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job description : 

• Provide financial support to the finance department
• Prepare and maintain accounting document and reporting accurately.
• Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Maintain the accounting policies and procedures.
• Daily update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
• Assist in month end reporting procedures
• Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
• Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
• Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws

Requirement : 

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent from reputable university
• Have a skill in Financial Reporting
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy, attention to the detail, honest, and ability to multi-tasking
• Ability to perform filling and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
