Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The candidate will be assigned in Equine Technologies Group

 

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree of Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00 
• Minimum 3-5 years of working experiences in Human Resource area in IT Industry
• Having experiences in Human Resource Business Partner is preferable
• Possess an excellent interpersonal and communication skill, able to communicate effectively to all level
• Possess good leadership, result-oriented, energetic, proactive, innovative, customer-oriented
• Possess the ability to work fast, manage priorities under limited time constraint, and able to perform under tight deadline
• Good adaptability and responses to rapid change
• Strong computer literacy (Ms. Office : Word, Excel with formula, and Power Point)
