Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assigned of manager from China
- Take care of front office tasks
- Handling and prioritizing all outgoing or incoming correspondence (Email, letters, packages dll)
- Handling confidential document ensuring they remain secure and organized
- Preparing purchase orders, invoice or other basic financial statements and providing assistance in bookkeeping when needed
- Conducting research and preparing meetings presentations minute or report as assigned
- Carrying out other related tasks in administrative and assistance when assigned
Requirements:
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Secretary, Mandarin Literature/Education & Business Studies/Administration
- Having a good personality working attitude, self –discipline and hig integrity
- Having good skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia,
- Fluent in Mandarin preferably
- Having a representable appearance
- Being knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point) and familiar with the Internet
- Having experiences in related position at least 2 years
- Communication, analytical, initiative, confident and trustworthy
- Being able to interact with and support management and all related divisions
