Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create training needs analyses and review organization resources to ensure that learning and development resources are developed to support organization priorities.
- Create & manage appropriate learning & development program to address organization priorities.
- Manage training and development initiatives around a cycle of needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation, include Trainee & Internships program.
- Provide professional Monthly Training Report to Managements.
- Seek opportunity for improvement, up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Management, Psychology.
- Minimum 6 years experience on Training & Development area with 2 year as a Coordinator.
- Proven track record in the design and delivery of high impact training programs to first line and middle managers.
- Proficient knowledge of organizational design / development, organizational dynamics, change management, management and leadership skills development.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent skills in computer literacy.
- Willing to be placed in Balikpapan area.
