Requirements
- Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun.
- Setidaknya memiliki 2 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
- Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis atau setara.
- Memiliki Jiwa kepemimpinan dan mampu mengkoordinir serta bekerja secara tim.
- Paham dan menguasai proses penjualan.
- Menyukai tantangan dan siap bekerja dibawah tekanan
- Penempatan di Jakarta daerah kuningan.
Job Description
- mengarahkan, memonitor, melaksanakan, dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap hubungan pelanggan/ customer untuk menjaga hubungan baik antara perusahaan dengan customer.
- Mengarahkan,mengontrol, melakukan evaluasi terhadap proses penjualan dan distribusi sesuai dengan prosedur yang berjalan dalam perusahaan
- melakukan evaluasi aktivitas pemarsaran/ promosi produk untuk meningkatkan market share penjualan
- Mengembangkan penjualan dan Strategi pemasaran
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap target penjualan dan distribusi area.
- Tersedia Bonus apabila penjualan melebihi target yang telah ditentukan.

Currently HJS owns five plants and occupies 200,000 sqm area. We currently employ 2,500 local employees and able to produce up to a million pairs every month.

We manufacture all different types of shoes, either injection or cementing. Each and every pair is going through a quality control process to ensure the quality.

We are working with materials such as EVA, TPR, leather and other rubber types. We have manufactured over million of sandals, from flip-flops to casual.
