Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
- Maintain relationships with existing major retail and modern market customers in Greater Jakarta Area.
- Develop new retail and modern market customers in Greater Jakarta Area, including but not limited to customer visits and product presentations, contract negotiation and execution.
- Execute HQ’s sales and marketing strategies or design new strategies based on those of HQ’s to expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Contribute in making personal annual sales incentive programs for self and the whole retail and modern market sales team.
- Lead and guide the retail and modern market sales team to accomplish sales targets; periodically review the team’s performance and make adjustments in time if necessary.
- Support Marketing Dept. to collect competitors’ information and market information.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts of the area responsible for to President Director periodically as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or above.
- 3 years or above working experience in retail sales industry.
- Sales experience and rich customer resources in piping industry
- Well-proven leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Easy-going character, self-disciplined, willing to take on new challenges.
- A valid driving license.
- English or Mandarin proficiency.
- A self-owned car ready for work.
