Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Identify the risk and mitigation factors of potential credit transaction
- Conduct risk assessments (stress test, credit rating, credit scoring) as a form of risk measurements
- Provide credit rating application
- Analyse market trend within the country and notify the risk threat
- Review and provides recommendations to reduce and/or control risk
- Monitoring the whole credit risk process
- early warning and loan workout and credit portfolio to ensure all are performed within established policy, procedure and regulations
- Provide risk portfolio to be reported to the leader
- Prepare quarter report to OJK
- Lead and manage Credit Risk team
Requirements:
- Having at least 5 years of working experiences as Credit Risk from banking or multi-finance industry
- Strong credit analytical skill
- Strong understanding in reading and analyzing financial statements
- Proficient in English written and spoken
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Able to work under pressure and deadlines
- Having good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, high sense of commitment, disciplined, hardworking, willing to learn and good initiatives
