Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description
- To assist procurement for Project and office, sourcing of quotation, managing suppliers record, invoice and filing.
- To coordinating with suppliers or transportation company for delivery arrangement for project and office.
- Prepare Delivery Order and coordinating with Project Manager or Customer.
- To execute general clerical and company administration works.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by superior when required.
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Excellent administration, sourcing and procurement skills.
- Computer skills and knowledge or relevant software (such as Ms. Office).
- Hard working, trustworthy, highly responsible, reliable, motivated and able to work under pressure to meeting deadlines.
- Positive work attitude and able to perform Multi-Tasking.
