Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Person incharge of Sales and marketing Department with job function include keep track of customer needs, develop new project & customer, provide data and information to management related with sales and marketing activities and monitoring level of customer satisfaction.
- Plan and strategy to achieve sales target
- Transfer company objective to action plan , ensure sub ordinate understand and put in action
- Ensure Debtor’s collection is on time.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin
- Should be able to read Mandarin
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Having good knowledge of packaging Industri will be an advantage.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent in Computer Literate, communication and negotiation skills, Posses good presentation skill, personality and interpersonal Skill, , leadership skill
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Sales - Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
