Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Main Duties :
- Conducting market research for identifying potential product, generating product requirements.
- Support sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies to selling product
- Analyze competitive market place and industri trend to develop business strategies.
- Conduct product training to Sales team
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamic.
- Capable of conducting technical presentation, exhibition and product seminar
- Work with sales team to identify new customers and retain existing customers.
Requirements :
- Age between 30 - 40 years
- Min Bachelor Degree ( S1 ) in Engineering
- Experience in Valve business and industrial market at least 3 years
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written is a must.
- Willing to travel / business trip in South East Asia Region( Philipines, Vietnam, Thailand, etc)
- Able to work independently as well as in a team and self motivated
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, detail oriented focus and communication skills, strong sales knowledge
- Strong leadership, good attention to details and accuracy
