Job Description
You will:
- Manages and leads a team of technical support for enterprise technical support.
- Excellent corporate communication skill.
- Communicates goals, motivate team member and assesses performance of the team members.
- Act as a bridge from team member to operations lead to maintain consistent constructive feedback.
- Create and improve current SOP related to visit & maintenance as well as setup and onboarding.
- Travel to client sites to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
- Represent Moka’s brand by appearing professional in front of clients and providing top quality customer service.
- Understand product flow and features inside and out.
- Conduct product and features training to customers.
- Communicate customer experience and feedback to product and business development team.
Minimum Qualifications
You have:
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant fields
- Experience in handle corporate client
- Work experience in support functions
- Solid and excellent understanding of networking systems
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Has own transportation (motorcycle)
