Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- To excel as HR Manager, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle
- Recruiting and HR Marketing Campaign
- Have a capability as a leader and strategic thinker with "a sharp eye" for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company
- Experience with payroll system / HRIS
- Solid understanding of HR fundamentals – organization development, learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and talent acquisition
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Strong desire to achieve and proven capabilities of multi-tasking, working under pressure and deadlines
- Strong abilities to build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders' interests
- Open and cross-culturally minded
- Good in Ms. Excel and Ms. Powerpoint
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Job Description
- Designs, maintains and enhances Excite's human resources by planning, developing and implementing HR strategy (including company policies & procedures)
- Coordinates all HR training programs and assigns the authority/responsibility of HR and managers within those programs.
- Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports
- Process, evaluate, and propose to employee performance appraisal, annually, or end of probation/ contract
- Manage recruitment, L&D, performance management and employee relations
- Creatively collaborating with teams and individuals in ways that move teams toward progress, encourages teamwork and builds trust
- Assist employees regarding HR matters
- Cooperate in building Excite's company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance
- Reviews, guides/advises, and approves management recommendations for employment terminations process with non-performing employees
- Conducts a continuing study of all Human Resources policies, programs, and practices to keep management informed of new developments
